Thank you very much to all parents for coming to the meetings and supporting your child. It was a great experience for students as they took ownership for their learning and reflected on their strengths and weaknesses to set new goals.

Students also went on a field trip last week. They visited MuBE - Museu Brasileiro da Escultura to observe and inquire into the thinking and planning behind an Art exhibition. The guide in the museum took them around the exhibition explaining the reasons and planning involving the exact position of many items on display. They also had the opportunity to try and draw an idea on paper and reproduce it on a 3D shape. It was another great experience!
This week students will sit for the SATs, so please ensure a good night sleep and nutritious breakfast to the children. The SATs are one of many assessment tools in school and will provide us with more information on how to help and guide students in their learning journey.
This week is also a short week. There is no school on Friday, it is a holiday, and students will leave at 12:00 on Thursday 13th, with no lunch.
And next week is Half Term Break!
There is no school next week! Students leave on Thursday 13th at 12:00 and come back to school only on Monday 24th, ready to work hard!
